TTYNAM --- Get the name of a terminal device

  Get the name of a terminal device. For more information,

  :param UNIT:
    Shall be a scalar ``INTEGER``.

  :param NAME:
    Shall be of type ``CHARACTER``.

  Standard:
    GNU extension

    Subroutine, function

  Syntax:

      CALL TTYNAM(UNIT, NAME)
      NAME = TTYNAM(UNIT)

  Example:
