Reporting Bugs

Bugs in the GNU Offloading and Multi Processing Runtime Library should
be reported via `Bugzilla <https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/>`_.  Please add
"openacc", or "openmp", or both to the keywords field in the bug
report, as appropriate.
