OMP_DYNAMIC -- Dynamic adjustment of threads

:samp:`{Description}:`
  Enable or disable the dynamic adjustment of the number of threads 
  within a team.  The value of this environment variable shall be 
  ``TRUE`` or ``FALSE``.  If undefined, dynamic adjustment is
  disabled by default.
