REPEAT — Repeated string concatenation#

REPEAT(STRING, NCOPIES)#

Concatenates NCOPIES copies of a string.

Parameters:
  • STRING – Shall be scalar and of type CHARACTER.

  • NCOPIES – Shall be scalar and of type INTEGER.

Returns:

A new scalar of type CHARACTER built up from NCOPIES copies of STRING.
